Pre-Made Cards

Choose from one of many designs and styles of pre-made cards for every occasion. Are you looking for a perfect invitation for a baby’s birthday or a Christmas card for friends and family, browse through our wide range of photo cards. Have you thought about seating arrangements for your reception? We have a wide variety of place cards to suit most decorations. Your wedding went off without a hitch and you need to send out thank you cards, we have many different styles and themes to choose from.

Envelopes

You've created the perfect invitation...now it's time to post it. Why use a plain envelope when you can use one of our wide range of metallic, matte, coloured and decorative envelopes. We stock hundreds of matching envelopes in various sizes to suit your invitation.

Ribbon

At My Big Event you can choose from a number of different ribbons including grosgrain, satin and sheer ribbons. These are all perfect for adding that extra something to your invitation.

Our satin ribbons come in a wide range of colours from pastels to bright funky colours as well as a variety of widths to suit all your needs.

We also have tassels and bows in both Ivory and Ebony that can be added to your invitation to give it that extra oomph.

Fasteners

Fasteners are decorative and functional, being used to keep your invitation together in a way that enhances your invitation rather then detracting from it.

We have a large range which includes plain silver and gold fasteners as well as a selection of other coloured fasteners. You can also get jewelled fasteners in various shapes including hearts, stars and diamonds.

Buckles

Simple and elegant, our buckles come in gold and silver and are perfect for wedding invitations.

We also have a number of coloured butterfly buckles including blue, purple and pink to add that little something extra to your invitation.

Embellishments

We have a wide range of Embellishments.  Your invitation will look fantastic when combined with paper flowers, diamantes, rhinestones, silver flowers or crystal hearts.

Stickers & Seals

We have a range of elegant stickers for use on your invitation or envelope to add that final touch of elegance.

Wax Products

Give your invitation that professional look that only a wax seal can achieve.  We have a large range of designs to choose from including celtic design, sun, hearts and many more.  Browse below and you are sure to find a wax seal that would be perfect for your invitation. We also stock a range of wax sticks in a multitude of colours to match the theme of your wedding.  Lastly, don't forget to include a refillable gas torch to melt your wax...this is a must.

Bomboniere Boxes

A wedding isn't complete without a bomboniere and what better way to present your bomboniere then with one of elegant favour bags or choose from 100's of stylish boxes in a range colours and styles from heart boxes to small treasure boxes. Chocolates/Confectionery

We have a range of confectionery that can be placed on the wedding table for your guests including traditional almonds coated in a coloured sugar shell (called 'Mulabbas' in Arabic, 'Confetti' in Italian and Jordan or 'Sugared Almonds' in English). We also have heart shaped chocolates in a large variety of coloured wrapping to suit every decor.

Every get together, be it for a wedding or a birthday, has a toast and what better way to toast a special occasion then with our range of champagne glasses. Our range of glasses include the Bride/Groom glass with each glass having either bride or groom inscribed on the glass, or for the birthday party we have champagne glasses with 21st or 18th birthday inscribed on it. We also have plain champagne glasses available.

There are so many things to remember when planning a party from organising food and drinks, to the venue; but something you don't want to forget is party decorations. For your guests to feel like they have really come to a party and not just a gathering of friends, you really want to jazz the venue up. Here at My Big Event, we not only have wedding and party invitations we also stock a wide range of ballons, banners and scatters. And what birthday party doesn't have a cake and candles to celebrate the big occasion. We also stock party bags for childrens parties.

So you've bought the ribbons, the decorative paper, the buckles, and even the envelopes. You're all set to make the best invitation ever, but what's this; you're going to use a blue pen you found in a drawer at home?
