Delivery

Australian Orders

Delivery is FREE on all Australian orders for purchases valued at $100 or more. If your order is below this amount, a flat rate of just $9.95 will be charged. All items are securely packed and sent either via Australia Post "Express Post", Australia Post "Parcel Post" or Courier (at our discretion), all of which offer basic tracking.  Orders can be sent to either a physical address or Post Office Box (excluding courier deliveries).  Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but usually take 1-3 working days to arrive once dispatched.  At the customers request, Transit Insurance is available to be purchased (additional charge applies).

Non-Australian Orders

Delivery is available to most destinations world-wide. All items are securely packed and sent via Australia Post. There is a choice of sending via "Air Mail" or "Express Post International"

"Air Mail" is charged at a flat-rate of $45.  It is a standard international service offering delivery in approximately 10 working days. It is a less expensive option than Express Post, but tracking is NOT available.  At the customers request, Transit Insurance is available to be purchased (additional charge applies). International postage price is subject to change. In such instances, you will be contacted to advise.

"Express Post International" is charged at a flat-rate of $70.  It offers priority handling, basic tracking (where available) and delivery to most major cities within 5-7 business days.  At the customers request, Transit Insurance is available to be purchased (additional charge applies). International postage price is subject to change.  In such instances, you will be contacted to advise.
