Personalised Stationery Orders


Invitations and other custom-made stationery items are printed with your personalised information including words, guest names and addresses.  To take advantage of this service, simply do the following:
 

Step 1 - Place your order

Add the relevant stationery item/s into the shopping basket, and proceed to the checkout.  Once order is placed, you will automatically receive an 'Order Receipt Confirmation' email.


Alternatively, orders can be placed at one of our retail stores.


Step 2 - Choose Wording

Type up your wording in either 'Microsoft Word', or in the body of an email.  If you need assistance coming up with the perfect wording, our SAMPLE WORDING might help.



Step 3 - Choose Font

The links below contain the available fonts.

4. SCRIPT FONTS  (File Size: 366 KB)


Please be sure to indicate your font preference when submitting your wording.  If you would like the design to incorporate multiple fonts (eg the main details in one font, names in a different font), simply indicate this also.



 

Step 4 - Guest List

To add that personalised touch, you can have your guests' names individually printed on your stationery at no extra charge*.  If you would like to take advantage of this, simply complete and return the GUEST LIST TEMPLATE file.  This template is in Microsoft Excel format.  Please refer to the Instructions sheet for comprehensive details.


* no extra charge when supplied in an electronic format using the ‘guest list template’ provided – additional charges apply if supplied in any other format.


Please Note:

  • Microsoft Excel must be loaded on the computer you are using.
  • All information is mail merged to the printer, which means it will appear exactly as you have typed it.  My Big Event is unable to verify this information, so please ensure you check that all information is 100% correct, including spelling, punctuation, uppercase/lowercase letters, etc.
  • Please do not add columns or any information that you don't want printed.
  • If you do not know, or do not want an address printed, simply leave the relevant cell empty.
  • If you require more stationery items than you originally ordered, please contact us to adjust your order.
  • The total number of stationery items ordered will be produced.  Individual names will be printed as per the Guest List you supply.  The remainder of items will be printed with a blank line.

Step 5 - Submit Information

Once the above details have been finalised, please email design@mybigevent.com.au ensuring to include the following:

  • Your name
  • Your contact phone number during business hours
  • Order Number (refer to 'Order Receipt Confirmation' that was automatically emailed to you upon ordering).

Remember to include/attach:

  • Wording
  • Font preference
  • Completed Guest List

Once emailed, you will receive an automatic response to let you know your email has been received.



Step 6 - Leave the rest to us...

Once you have supplied all relevant details, we will supply you with the following:

  • Order Confirmation - a detailed summary of your order including all materials, sizes, quantities, etc.
  • Design Proof - a true visual representation of your finished stationery including your wording and chosen font/s, drawn at 100% true to size.

Production commences once you have viewed these documents and submit your WRITTEN APPROVAL.



So how long will your order take?


  1. Order confirmation and Design proof will be emailed to you within 3-5 working days of receiving all relevant details.
  2. Completed job
  • Ready-to-assemble orders are completed within 5 working days of receiving your written approval to commence production (subject to stock availability)
  • Fully assembled orders are completed within 7-10 working days of receiving your written approval to commence production (subject to stock availability).


Please keep these timeframes in mind, to ensure your order is completed on-time.  All times quoted are approximate timeframes and should be used as a guide only.
