PLACING ORDERS ... HASSLE FREE
The following outlines the main points about placing an order with My Big Event...hassle free.
INVITATIONS and other PERSONALISED STATIONERY
- A 50% deposit is payable upon placing an order.
- Printed stationery is available either 'fully produced' or 'ready to assemble'
- You can view the fonts available for your personalised
stationery (file size 475KB).
- Design proofs are provided for approval prior to printing. The preferred method is via email. Where email is not available, the proof is provided either in store, fax or mail.
- Turnaround time for printed stationery is usually 1-4 weeks from the time approval is given
(additional time is required if merchandise needs to be ordered).
- At no extra charge, printed stationery items can be personalised with individual guest
names/addresses. To take advantage of this, the details need to be typed up in the
Guest List template provided (additional charges apply
if not typed or if supplied in any other format).

Click on the link below to obtain a copy of the template, in Microsoft Excel format, for
presenting the details of your guest list for personalising your stationery. Save a copy on your
computer and, after completing the details, email it to our
production team.
